Mixed Boxing & Kickboxing

Perfect for all experience levels to jump in. Whether you’re looking to fight, learn a new skill or get fit, this class is a great way for you to learn the arts of boxing and kickboxing. The right mixture of cardio, strength work, and fitness to introduce you to the Fighting Arts family.
Ladies Only: Kickboxing/Self Defence
Monday/Wednesday 6 - 7
Great for ladies to get into kickboxing while in a good environment. Learning kickboxing fundamentals to help with self defence, and improve fitness and confidence.
Beginners Kickboxing
A great introduction into boxing and kickboxing. Learning proper technique, and finding how far you can push your limits mentally and physically.

Adults Boxing, runs simultaneously with our beginners kickboxing session. It’s perfect for all levels to focus solely on the art of boxing, as well as sharpening the hands of those interested in kickboxing/Muay thai.
