Kids Classes
Our kids classes are designed for students to gain confidence, teach discipline, and build social skills, all while learning self defence and very important martial art techniques.
Boxing
Tuesday - Thursday
All Ages: 4 - 5pm
Boxing classes is a perfect way for students to test their fitness, focus and improve on boxing techniques, and learn partner work.
Kickboxing
Juniors (4-8): 4 - 4:45pm
Monday - Wednesday
Seniors (8+): 4:45 - 5:45pm
Students learn punching and kicking technique, develop self defence skills while building confidence and coordination.
